A: Do you think most people around you respect nature?
B: I think so. Umm….. more now than before.
A: What do you think is the most serious environmental problem in the world today?
B: Today……I think damage to the ozone layer is a big problem because it will make our earth become warmer and warmer; and another problem is pollution in big cities and things like that. A: How do you learn about environmental problems?
B: Umm… through school. A lot of clubs promote environmental safety, and some TV programs, too. They talk about environmental safety and stuff like that.
A: Do you think students should learn more about the environment at school?
B: I think so. So, as they grow older, they can be more aware of all the problems that are going on. And also to prevent more problems from occurring.
A: If you could create a new law to help the environment, what would it be?
B: A new law for the environment? Umm…. I ’d probably say that when people throw away their cigarette butts, they have to throw them into the garbage bin, not just throw them everywhere because it’s just littering and I hate that. So they should be fined if they throw them on the floor or on the ground.
A: That’s a good idea. What do you personally do to help protect the environment?
B: I’m so against littering. I never litter. If I see somebody litter, I get really angry. So I always throw my trash into the garbage bin.

B: It is very warm.
A: Do you think it is a bit strange.It was cold this time last year.
B:Yes, it is the end of autumn,and the weather should be cold.However, it is still warm.The winter is coming soon and I think we may have a warm winter this year.

B: Air pollution may be one of the reasons. Industries poor too much waste smoke into the air.The air has been polluted so seriously.

B: What is more, we have done too much harm to our environment.For example, people cut down trees, turn farmlands into buildings and so on.
A: Yes, what we human beings have done have broken the balance of the ecology,which leads to the change of weather.
B：I think we should do someting to help.
A: Let us and people around us take action from now on.
A:How long have you been in America?
B: Since two years ago, what about you?
A: Almost 10 years now.
B: What impression do you get in this piece land of hope?
A: The multicultural society of course. and you?
B: Yes, I love about many things about this country, such as Hollywood, the home of moving pictures!
A: Me too, I also love the way the American use the ideas of entertainments.
B: What particular thing or things you like most about it then?
A: I love country music!
B: Oh that! yes I love them too. Plenty of beautiful songs.
A: They made entertionments out of enterteinments as well!
B: What are talking about?
A: Well, the famous cartoon creating Walt Disney had also come up with the ideas of Disneyland and Disneyworld to entertain all the children from both the USA and everywhere in the world! Isn't that great?
B: Oh yes that too. but to me, I love American sports. They have many creations of their own and they take them seriously.
A: Can you tell some more about them?
B: Sure, The most symbolic one would be baseball.
A: Yes, I think I know this one.
B: Americans also mad about bastketball too. They have many great basket teams and the best in the world!
A: What about American Football, what do you think of that?
B: That surely is another Americans' most love male's favourite sports.
